Made in small batches to ensure the best tasting gelato possible; Pasteurised, whisked, poured, churned and frozen with love and care, one batch at a time.

OUR FLAVOURS

We are regularly dreaming up new flavours to add to our range of core flavours. We work with the seasons and source our ingredients as locally and sustainably as we possibly can.

We have seven core flavours which we try to have available all the time, these can be viewed below. We are continuously introducing special flavours to tempt you, keep an eye on social media to see which special flavours are on offer before your visit.

NAKED

Our award winning, creamy signature base. The purest, cleanest gelato, delicious on its own or a great alternative to cream or custard.

SALTED CARAMEL

One of our best sellers!! Salted caramel gelato – salty, sweet taste with every spoonful, heaven in a tub!

CHOCOLATE

Made using the finest Belgian chocolate and cocoa, decadent and delicious.

STRAWBERRY

A rich and creamy gelato infused with sweet, juicy Herefordshire strawberries

COFFEE

Every coffee lover’s dream! Creamy gelato infused with local James’ coffee.

MINT STRACCIATELLA

Mint gelato with fine, crunchy chocolate strands mixed throughout, refreshingly delicious.

HONEYCOMB

Our creamy gelato with golden chunks of honeycomb mixed through. The honeycomb melts a little leaving delicious swirls through the gelato while some honeycomb pieces remain crunchy.

FROSTY PAWS

Everyone in the family should be happy, even the dog! We have specially made this dog-friendly gelato with goats’ milk from the farm. Our Labradors loved being chief tasters and confirm ‘Frosty Paws’ has their full approval.

GELATO VS. ICE CREAM

LIGHTER

Gelato is made with more whole milk than cream, whereas ice cream is made mostly of cream.

NO EGG

Gelato contains no egg, ice cream often does.

LESS FAT

Gelato is lower in fat than traditional ice cream. Gelato is around 5-7% fat, whereas ice cream is minimum 10% fat.

CHURNED
SLOWER

Gelato is churned slower than traditional ice cream, resulting in 25% less air entering the product.

WARMER TEMPERATURE

Gelato is stored and served at a slightly warmer temperature than ice cream.

SILKIER
TEXTURE

Gelato has a smoother silkier texture than ice cream, which is made up of tiny fine crystals structure.
